A Real Estate SAL ("we," "us," "our") operates Nova AI — Image Generator (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Email address and authentication identifiers when you create an account or sign in (including via Sign in with Apple / Google, if enabled).
Text prompts and, if applicable, images you upload for editing or reference. Prompts and inputs are sent to our AI processing infrastructure and third-party AI model providers solely to generate your requested output.
Images generated through the App may be temporarily or persistently stored to enable features like generation history, caching, and re-download.
Subscription tier, billing period, and transaction status are processed through Apple App Store / Google Play and our subscription management provider. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
App interactions, feature usage, crash logs, device model, operating system version, and general diagnostic data, collected via analytics tools.
If location-based features are used, we may collect coarse location data (e.g. country/region) for currency display or regional compliance purposes.
Prompts and any input images you submit are transmitted to third-party AI model providers to generate output. These providers process your input under their own data handling terms in addition to ours. We select providers that do not use submitted content to train models where such controls are available, but you should avoid submitting sensitive personal information in prompts.
We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data with:

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required by your local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us so we can delete it.
